We understand that the advertisement is against the Tripartite Guideline on Fair Employment Practices and has requested the recruitment consultant to remove the job advertisement with immediate effect.

The company has highlighted to the recruitment consultant that the job scope and working environment should have been explained in the job advertisement, instead of stating “男生” male. To prevent such incidents from happening again, the company conducted an in-depth briefing session with all recruitment consultants in the company regarding Tripartite Guidelines. The company will also constantly remind recruitment consultants to strictly comply with fair employment practices and support the Tripartite Guidelines.
